Welcome to ZELA. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You have permission from a legal guardian

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in USD
• Prices may change without notice
• Taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees (where applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

Order Confirmation & Cancellation
 

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is approved

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear:

• Fraudulent
• Incomplete
• High-risk or suspicious
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from Lebanon via Aramex.

Lebanon (Domestic Shipping)

• Flat-rate shipping within standard service zones
• Some remote or extended areas may incur additional fees
• Certain locations (including camps) are not serviceable

Delivery Times (Lebanon):

• Standard areas: ~48 working hours
• Extended areas: up to 72 working hours
• Remote areas: up to 7 working days

Customers must provide:

• Complete address details
• Reachable phone number

Incomplete or unreachable addresses may cause delivery delays of 48–96 working hours.

GCC Shipping (Kuwait & UAE)

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Shipment weight

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

Kuwait

• Estimated delivery: 10–14 days
• Payment options: COD
• COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch
• Local regulations may require deductions or retention taxes on COD amounts

Shipping Weight & Packaging

Shipping charges are based on chargeable weight, which is the greater of:

• Actual weight, or
• Volumetric weight (package size)

Large but lightweight packages may incur higher shipping costs.

Oversized orders may:

• Be split into multiple parcels, or
• Incur additional shipping charges

Delivery Delays & Liability

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier operations
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Incomplete address details

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or lost:

• We will assist in opening a courier investigation
• Refunds or replacements are subject to courier findings

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of ZELA and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

ZELA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
